Ancient Jewish wisdom has long embedded what everyone is now discovering: the ability to think critically, develop complex arguments, and examine ideas from different angles is key to success in this rapidly changing world. Our unique training program revolutionizes this approach: instead of providing students with pre-made interpretations, we teach educators how to guide their students in creating their own multi-layered analytical textbook, where each group of students adds new perspectives and interpretations to the work of their peers. Students become active creators of knowledge, building layer upon layer of interpretation and analysis around texts, challenging each other through "ipcha mistabra" (contrary reasoning). In an era where AI provides instant answers, the human abilities to analyze deeply and think creatively become more crucial than ever. We train teachers to orchestrate this dynamic, iterative process where students develop the most essential skills for academic readiness and future careers through active engagement in creating meaning. The program excels in combining personal experience, practical guidance, and professional support, enabling teachers to implement this innovative pedagogy where every classroom becomes a vibrant space of collaborative interpretation and critical thinking.
