An interactive workshop introducing the ENGAJE model - an innovative approach enabling teachers to strengthen their students' connection to Judaism through their subject area. The model suggests a unique progression: from values exploration, through focused deepening, to creating meaningful connections and natural expansion.
What will you experience?
Participants will learn the ENGAJE model while sharing their professional experience and engaging in peer learning. In small working groups, they will create practical examples of how to integrate the model's principles into their lessons. By the end of the workshop, each participant will have an initial action plan for classroom implementation, enriched by their colleagues' ideas and insights.
